“Then he bowed himself, and said, “What is your servant, that you should look upon such a dead dog as I?””

I love the story of Mephibosheth. It takes a crippled man born into a crooked family and sets him ultimately at the kings table. The story is full of parallels to our salvation stories. In this particular verse Mephibosheth after hearing that he would be dining in luxury and receiving all of his grandfather’s property (his earthly inheritance) and provision for himself and his posterity, he calls himself a dead dog.

The truth is he has never had more opportunity than at this very gracious moment and he shuns his new identity to put on the old one. He has been made the head and not the tail. This false humility is something that new creations must be particularly careful about avoiding.

We are no longer sinners! We have been translated from death to life. We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. King David, like Father, ignores his response and pulls him/us closer to himself. Insisting that we are unworthy of the love of God expressed through Jesus Christ is prideful.

False humility, disagreement with the truth of the Word of God, puts us at odds with Father’s will for our new creation lives. He desires that we thrive in our new identity, free from our crucified flesh and bold in our presentation before Him. It would be like Mephibosheth refusing to come to the table or only eating scraps and garbage. It is a direct insult to the king to not dine with a thankful new creation heart. We are blessed beyond recognition.

Let’s put the truth of the Word of God at the forefront of our minds and cast off everything that is contrary to our new identity. Then we will see authentic transformation. Wonderful! Amazing! Hallelujah!

Father, I am so grateful for Your amazing grace. You have translated me from death into a wonderful new life. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am a new creation in Christ, the old has gone. My old nature, my flesh, is crucified with Christ Jesus and no longer lives! Hallelujah! I will accomplish all of the plans that You have knit into the fibers of my heart. Holy Spirit, teach me more revelations.

Fill me with Your teachings. I really appreciate the truth that You never leave me nor forsake me. I love You. In Jesus name. Amen.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who  wait on the Lord
 Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.
Our God experiences all collected together show a definitive course for us to rely upon. Realizing, visualizing and utilizing those perceived experiences is evidence that we do indeed have the mind of Christ. Weaving the ways that Father has delivered us in the past and the promises in the Word creates an unbreakable cord of faith.
Waiting then becomes a time of praise rather than a time of worry and anxiety. Because our expectation is in our sure and certain delivery, we can wait through every trial and storm with raised expectations.
Our hope is sky high because even if our answer is different than what we narcissistically envisioned we know that it will happen with absolute certainty. Knowing who we are as new creations, righteous, holy, blameless and above reproach, cements our faith in unmovable identity.
Our new creations are already steadfast and unshakable in their resolve and they anticipate our agreement with the revelatory truth that they thrive in. Solid new creation identity leads us to have praise as our default setting through every adverse circumstance. Waiting with great expectation and praising Father out loud for delivering us ahead of time takes the enemies poison arrows and shoves them back down his cowardly throat.
Today let’s wait with great undaunted anticipation for our amazing Father’s deliverance and instruction. Hallelujah! Father, thank You so much for Your grace. Thank You for making me a new creation, righteous, holy, blameless and above reproach. I know that You will always deliver me from all adverse circumstances. I praise You and thank You for all the times in the past that You have brought me through the waters and through the fires. I am truly grateful for Your plans. I will raise my expectations as I wait on Your sure and certain intervention. I love You. In Jesus name. Amen.

And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write,

‘These things say the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God:

Jesus Christ is the Amen. He is of the utmost agreement with the Word of God. He completes the Word of God to the point of becoming the Word of God. He is the Word-made-flesh. He dwelt amongst us. The Amen so agreed with Father’s Word that He allowed Himself to be born of a virgin so He could agree with Father’s value system and redeem Father’s most prized creations, you and me.

If you struggle with accepting the fact that the Holy Trinity of heaven loves you and cares for you and finds you worthy enough to give the Son of man to take your sins, then decide today to change your perspective to HIS perspective. The Amen, Jesus Christ, loves you unconditionally and values you above His own comfort and safety. He gave us a way back to Father at no cost to us except for agreement.

If the Amen agrees with Father then we should follow suit. How do we agree with Him and how can we extend more agreement? By accepting the truth that we are loved, accepted, forgiven, clean, holy, blameless, free from sins stains, and blemish, free from every curse and addiction, delivered, healed, set free, the top and not the bottom, the head and not the tail, and the righteousness of God. We need to see that there is now no condemnation for us. We need to push past feelings to force our total agreement with our new status.

We need to see that there is no corrupt or perverse way in us. All those negative perverse thoughts that spring up are on the outside trying to convince us that they are in our hearts. But it is smoke and mirrors. The old is dead the new is here. The heart of stone has been removed and we now have a heart of flesh. Believing all these truths awakens our new creation hearts to be able to take over and transform our lives from the inside out. Agreement equals fulfillment of the new life that the Amen paid for us to have.

Amen?

Amen!

Father, I’m so grateful for Your salvation plan and Your great love for me. I will agree with the Amen more and more. Holy Spirit please illuminate where I’m out of agreement with You. I will take thoughts captive and forcefully ignore negative feelings and emotions. I am free because You made me a new creation. Thank You that I am righteous and holy. I am forever blessed. I’m thankful beyond words. I love You. In Jesus’ name. Amen

He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

Jesus Christ is the ultimate conqueror. Jesus is the Truth and the Life and the Way. He is laser-focused love. Jesus is fierce. He is fierceness like we have never seen before. All evil and all the power of the nation’s war machines are minuscule in comparison. He will not be denied His righteous judgments.

He is coming back again to obliterate evil and liberate His creation from its bondage to decay. No one, nothing, no weapon, no artificial intelligence, no power, no ruler, no authority, no person, no angel, no being anywhere in all creation can stop Him. HE IS COMING BACK!!! He’s coming back fiercely and triumphantly.

He will at that time restore all things back to the way they were supposed to be in the garden but even more spectacular. He will bring a new heaven and a new earth. AWESOME! Jesus Christ is the Word of God. He is the Word become flesh. He is the Alpha and the Omega. Jesus Christ is the Author and Finisher of our faith. He is the Bright and Morning Star. He is the All-Powerful Living God. If He says something in scripture then it is absolutely true. It is our job to believe in and agree with what He says.

If He says n that we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus then that’s who we are. If He says our flesh is crucified then that is exactly the condition of our flesh, dead. Whenever we think for even a single second that any of His truth is not accurate then we are sadly mistaken. Disagreeing with truth is arrogance and ignorance all rolled up in pride. We must insist that we agree with the truth no matter what we see or how we feel. A good way to solidify truth is to praise Father in the middle of all storms.

For example; if we feel dread and foreboding and fear surrounding us then we start to praise Father saying something like, “Father I praise You and thank You that I am a new creation filled with Holy Spirit.

I am righteous and holy and blameless. My flesh is dead and because of that truth I know that there is no fear in me but rather fear is on the outside trying to get in. It is not part of who I am to be fearful. I am strong and courageous and confident. Hallelujah!” Eventually, our feelings and what we see, and how we act will catch up with the truth but for now, we must fight the good fight of faith and force ourselves to agree with the Word of God, Jesus Christ. He is worthy of all our hope, all our trust, and all our faith.

Father, You are an amazing God. I’m so grateful for Your marvelous restoration plan for me and for all of creation. I believe everything that You say is true. I will fight all false feelings and all of the things that I see that are contrary to what You say. I’m righteous and holy and blameless and above reproach forever because of Your great amazing grace.

My flesh is dead and crucified and I will no longer disagree with that truth. Jesus, You are the Way and the Truth and the Life and the Holy Word of God. You are fierce and coming back again. I’m excited to see Your story unfold and to see Your whole creation receive its liberty. Holy Spirit please teach me and correct me. I’m listening. I’m attentive and ready to learn. I love You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;

You anoint my head with oil;

My cup runs over.

Jesus has completely annihilated all darkness, and all evil, and all fear.

He has given us new life and power to overcome the enemy.

So much so that Jesus sets a table in front of the enemy for us to enjoy fellowship with Him out in the open ignoring all the threat and presence of the darkness.

We are to live fear free.

That doesn’t mean we won’t sometimes feel fear, but it does mean that we can choose to not give fear permission to govern us.

Right in the middle of the darkest situation we can recline at the table with Jesus and Hang out with the King of Kings.

Ignoring Satan and his works makes him nuts.

He thrives on attention, so let’s strategically ignore him and any situations he brings.

Turn your circumstances into praise.

If you feel afraid, start to thank Father out loud for the truth that He has not given you a spirit of fear but of love and of power and of a sound mind.

Prophesy Fathers promises.

If you’re in a tight financial squeeze, then start to praise Father for His miraculous provision before it manifests.

Speak of His victories before they’ve manifested.

If you have a child not walking in new creation life then proclaim and declare a prophecy that your child will walk in the way and that deception and addiction are not the governor of your child’s life but rather the risen Son of God, Jesus Christ is your child’s ruler.

Let’s purposefully and brutally ignore Satan and his little pal fear and praise and worship our way through the valley of the shadow of death.

Let’s enjoy meeting and reclining at the table where Jesus sits waiting for us.

Father, I’m so grateful for Your mighty all powerful hand that has captivated my life and given me a new creation.

You have transformed me into a brand new creation and given me Your Holy Spirit to teach me and guide me.

I now have the righteousness of Christ as my new identity.

Thank You for preparing a table for us out in the open in front of the cut off withering branch.

I choose to ignore all negative situations in my life.

I choose to sing of your goodness in this life right now.

You are worthy of the highest praise.

You are the champion and because of that I am an overcomer.

I’m free from all fear.

I’m free from all anxiety and worry.

Your faithfulness is tremendous and certain.

I really appreciate the truth that You are with me and never leave me nor forsake me.

I love You.

In Jesus name. Amen.
